How to send a request
- Email the contact above with a subject such as “Privacy request”, “Content complaint” or “Review of account action”.
- Include the relevant page URL or account email and explain what happened and the action you seek. For an urgent privacy/content issue, state why it is urgent.
- Supply only the evidence necessary. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, invitation links, full identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
For correction/deletion or a request on someone else’s behalf, we may need proportionate identity/authority verification. We explain what is needed. Ask for an acknowledgment if you have not received one.
Response and escalation
Where the intermediary rules apply, we acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve general complaints within seven days. Specified removal complaints have shorter deadlines: 36 hours for covered prohibited-content complaints, and two hours for covered intimate imagery/impersonation complaints. Applicable lawful orders and urgent cases receive priority. We use the legal deadline for the category, not one deadline for every complaint.
We aim to complete ordinary privacy requests within 30 days, or sooner where applicable law requires. If verification or lawful preservation affects the response, we explain it. An explanation does not extend a statutory deadline.
You may request review through this contact. Eligible intermediary grievances can be appealed to the Grievance Appellate Committee. Other rights before a competent court or regulator remain available; DPDP statutory complaints follow that framework when its relevant provisions apply.
Immediate danger
This mailbox is not an emergency animal-rescue, medical or police dispatch service. Contact local emergency services, an animal rescue or a veterinarian directly when immediate intervention is needed. Sending a complaint here does not guarantee an animal will be recovered or treated.
