Care records people can rely on
Use real, authorised organisation identities. Supply truthful animal records, statuses, vaccination details, photographs, custody claims and applications. Correct information when circumstances change. Do not impersonate a rescue, adopter, veterinarian, staff member or the operator. Do not create deceptive generated images or records that could be mistaken for a real animal or event.
Privacy, rights and lawful content
Do not upload someone else’s private contact/location information, identity documents or identifiable images without an appropriate basis. Respect intellectual-property rights. Do not publish unlawful threats, harassment, hate or incitement to violence, defamatory material, obscenity or sexual exploitation, child-harm material, fraudulent solicitations, money-laundering or unlawful-gambling content, unpermitted games or their promotions, or other prohibited content. Do not spread knowingly false or misleading information, obstruct an investigation, incite offences or publish material unlawfully threatening India’s sovereignty, integrity, defence, security, public order or relations with other states. Do not use free-text fields to expose another person’s sensitive information.
Animal and human safety
Do not arrange unlawful animal sales, trafficking, cruelty or dangerous handling. Do not invent adoption listings, falsify vaccination history, spam care teams or make false reports. Do not treat PraniID as permission to take an animal, enter private property or ignore local law. Work with the authorised care organisation for lawful handover.
Respect service access
Do not probe or bypass permissions, use another person’s account, harvest contact details, distribute malware, disrupt the service or evade a suspension. Do not scrape personal records or public profiles in bulk. Use staff permissions for their intended tasks and report security issues privately through the contact channel.
