Publish a listing for any animal marked for adoption. Set requirements — good with kids, dogs or cats, vaccinated, neutered, special care, adoption area. Applicants submit through the public profile; guardians approve or reject with both sides notified.
When a lost animal's tag is scanned, the finder can submit their own location and a message. The guardian and the organisation are notified immediately with the sighting pinned on a map.
Assign admin, manager and volunteer roles. Administrative actions such as bans, deletions, verification and visibility changes are written to an audit trail.

Yes. There is no paid tier and no checkout anywhere in the product. Unlimited animals, vaccination records, printable tags and adoption listings are all free. Access is by application: a shelter applies, an administrator approves, and there is nothing to pay afterwards.
